Installed over 3,000 precast concrete piles for FLUOR to construct one of the largest furnaces in the world on the DOW LHC-9 project. Our full scope consisted of installing over 60,000 CY of imported fill, over 40,000 tons of limestone base and 2 sheet pile sumps in addition to the concrete pile installation.

Heavy Haul Bridge
Velasco Drainage District Canal
The bridge was built over the Velasco Drainage District canal just north of the DOW Chemical Oyster Creek Facility. The bridge spanned approximately one hundred seventy two feet across the canal and had a total surface area including the approaches of more than seven thousand square feet. Construction began late June 2013 and was completed August 2013.

Brio Site Task Force’s $100 million project was a top 10 ranked EPA superfund site in the United States and the largest in the state of Texas. Standard Constructors, Inc’s scope of work was to move approximately 1 million cubic yards of imported soil to cap the site with over 2 million square feet of liner installed and build a stainless steel extraction/separation unit.

Alligator Bayou

Port Arthur, Texas
Alligator Bayou Reroute was the first milestone for Motiva’s $7 billion major Crude Expansion Project in Port Arthur, Texas. Standard Constructors, Inc. scope was to reroute the old Alligator Bayou into Port Arthur’s main drainage canal through a swamp, build a pump station, and a TX DOT bridge.
